If you are a literature student, you know that your are on a journey into a different world with new characters! Discover new perspectives, forge connections with fellow book lovers, and let the magic of literature transport you to worlds beyond imagination. Join us and embark on an enriching journey through the wonders of literature.

Participants read assigned texts, which can range from novels and plays to poems and essays. The readings often cover a diverse selection of authors, themes, and cultural contexts.

As a class, discussions delve into the content, themes, characters, and stylistic elements of the assigned texts. Analyzing literature involves interpreting symbols, motifs, and literary devices to uncover deeper meanings and understand the author’s intentions.

We want to stretch critical thinking during sessions. Literature classes encourage critical thinking by challenging participants to analyse texts from different perspectives, question assumptions, and develop their own interpretations. This process helps students hone their analytical skills and engage in meaningful intellectual discourse.
