Karishma has been teaching English and Literature for over 10 years, specialising in secondary students at O Level, IGCSE, and IB.
In 2024, she graduated with a Master of Arts in Education from the University of Nottingham, building on her undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management (BSc, UCD). She also holds a Cambridge International Diploma for Teachers and Trainers, a Diploma in Educational Studies, and a TESOL qualification.
Karishma’s passion for teaching grew out of her love for engaging with people and exchanging ideas that inspire growth. From her early career in trading to training professionals in communication and soft skills, and now to teaching students, she has always been driven by the same purpose — helping others learn, develop, and reach their potential.
Her teaching style is student-centred and facilitative, encouraging independent learning and intrinsic motivation. She aims to equip students with the skills to think critically, learn confidently, and prepare for success beyond the classroom. Above all, Karishma’s vision is to guide students to discover the joy of learning and to carry that inspiration with them as lifelong learners.
