Lena

Lena Lee obtained her Postgraduate Diploma in Education from the National Institute of Education (NIE) in 1993 and has served as an MOE educator for 30 years, teaching in three primary schools. Driven by a deep passion for primary education, she pursued a Master’s in Education in 2006 to further her professional and personal development.

Throughout her career, Lena has been dedicated to nurturing young learners, with a particular focus on the teaching of English and reading. As a Learning Support Coordinator, she worked closely with lower primary pupils and received specialised training in supporting children with dyslexia and reading difficulties.

Lena firmly believes that every child can learn and succeed when given the right support. Her teaching philosophy centres on identifying each child’s learning needs and designing effective strategies to help them reach their potential. With decades of classroom experience, she has developed the expertise to adapt and refine curriculum materials to meet the diverse needs of her students, inspiring confidence and a love of learning in every child she teaches.
